Heritage, Permit, and Municipal Information
Heritage status, permit activity, short-term rental registrations, and municipal records should be independently verified with the relevant authority before making any purchasing, investment, renovation, development, financing, or legal decision.
No Professional Relationship
Use of PropFactor does not create a legal, consulting, engineering, surveying, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or professional relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFactor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from use of the service or reliance on report contents.
Geographic Coverage
PropFactor currently provides information for properties within the City of Toronto only.
Purchases
Report purchases are one-time purchases that unlock a specific report.
PropFactor does not guarantee permanent availability of any report, dataset, or downloaded file.
Changes
PropFactor may update these terms from time to time.
